\nWeekends / Holidays : None

\nALL Required Licenses and Certifications : WI PT License, AHA BLS

\nRequired Experience : at least 1 year Outpatient or Inpatient

\nCurrent Patient Ratio :   45' appts; 9-10 visits / day

\nPrimary Case / Procedure Types :   Primarily outpatient, some inpatient / swingbed (less than 10%)

\nBilling : Monday - Sunday

\nGSA is not guaranteed orientation week. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
