About The Position

Job Title : Interventional Radiology Technologist

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience preferred

License : State licensed

Certifications : ARRT R, ARRT VI, BLS

Must-Have :

Experience with PACS, NICU, Pediatrics, Trauma, and Emergency Room is preferred.

Previous charge experience is required.

Must have neuro interventional experience with procedures including Stroke Thrombectomy, Aneurysm Coiling, Aneurysm Stenting, AVM Embolization, and Carotid Stenting.

Experience with line access such as port placements, PICC placement, and Dialysis Catheter placement is necessary.

Description :

This position requires 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday.

Variable 8-hour shifts will start between 7 AM and 9 : 30 AM.

On-call shifts will be required after 5 PM daily and on weekends, rotating among staff.

Support is available for weekend call.

Experience in a Level 1 Trauma center is preferred.

The unit provides interdisciplinary support from various healthcare teams.

Daily patient census ranges from 15 to 20 cases.

The department handles patients of all ages and diagnoses, including chronic illnesses.

The facility is equipped for Peripheral and Neuro Interventional Radiology.

Candidates should have a minimum of 1-year experience with EPIC EMR.

Staff may be required to float to other units as needed based on patient census.
