Role Description

As the Director or Vice President of Sales and Business Development for the multi-specialty sector at Voicecare AI, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and forging strategic partnerships with specialty groups such as Orthopedics and others. Drawing upon your established network and deep understanding of healthcare initiatives, you will lead initiatives to establish Voicecare AI as a trusted partner for healthcare leaders seeking innovative solutions to enhance healthcare services and decrease administrative cost and burden.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive adoption of Voicecare AI's solutions with specialty groups.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including Healthcare C-level leaders to identify partnership opportunities and drive adoption of AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor Voicecare AI's offerings to meet the unique needs and challenges of healthcare programs, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with healthcare partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships and drive value for both parties.
  • Stay informed about healthcare policies, regulations, and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent Voicecare AI at healthcare conferences, meetings, and events, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for our company and products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, healthcare policy, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector specifically in the specialty space with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and forging key relationships.
  • Established network and relationships within healthcare agencies, including with executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-making within healthcare organizations.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex business development initiatives, driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving innovation and making a positive impact on public health outcomes within healthcare programs.
  • High bias for action with the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Compensation

  • Salary and Variable Compensation : $140,000– $175,000 (depending on experience)
  • Equity package commensurate with stage and impact potential
