Acute Care ICU RN - Intensive Care Unit - BSN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in Northern Alabama . In this role, you will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients facing life-threatening conditions. The ICU RN will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized care plans.

Pay : $64,976 - $88,752

Schedule : Night Shift

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients, including those requiring ventilators, life support, or complex monitoring
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, including vital signs, neurological status, and responses to treatments
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement tailored care plans
• Serve as a patient advocate , addressing patient needs and concerns while ensuring compassionate, effective care
