About The Position

Job Title : Case Manager

Experience : Minimum of 5 years required

License : Compact or state license in hand

Certifications : BLS required (must be via AHA), CCM or ACM preferred

Must-Have : Experience in an inpatient acute hospital setting, with discharge planning

Description :

Case Manager needed for an ASAP start date.

Must have experience in discharge planning within an acute hospital setting.

Ability to handle a fast-paced unit with multiple discharges and admissions each day is essential.

Experience in Utilization Review is required.

Work schedule includes weekdays, with some weekends and holidays.

Travel experience is preferred.

EPIC Charting experience is required.

Casual business attire is acceptable.

RTO (Reason Time Off) must be provided at the time of submission.

The facility will not consider any prior license or background issues.

Candidates must pass P / F Testing and complete required modules pre-start.
