Our client, Property & Facilities Management, is seeking a Real Estate Manager to join their team. As a Real Estate Manager, you will be part of the Property Management team supporting a single mixed-use site. The ideal candidate will have strong budgeting skills, vendor management experience, and excellent written communication, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Real Estate Manager Location : Mountain View, CA Pay Range : $44.75 / hr
What's the Job?
- Walk the property, manage vendors, approve and review invoices
- Participate in leasing calls and enforce lease rules and regulations
- Review and manage budgets for the property
- Bid services as needed to maintain the property
- Support property management operations, including lease review and staff oversight
