Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and multifamily projects.

Review project plans, specifications, and proposals to determine scope and requirements.

Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.

Collaborate with project managers and executives to finalize budgets and proposals.

Maintain accurate cost databases and historical project records.

Assist in value engineering and project feasibility analysis

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of estimating experience with a General Contractor. They must demonstrate strong knowledge of commercial and / or multifamily construction, be highly detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple bids simultaneously. Strong communication skills, the ability to build subcontractor relationships, and proficiency in estimating software are essential.
