Required Qualifications :

• Coursework / Training and Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
• Upon hire : Washington Licensed Practical Nurse
• Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 1 year of Nursing experience in primary or specialty care clinic or ambulatory surgical / infusion center
