An established and fast-growing General Contractor in the Indiana market is seeking a Vice President of Construction to oversee operations across their multifamily and commercial portfolio.
This is a key executive hire responsible for project delivery, team leadership, operational strategy and driving companywide growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction operations across ground-up multifamily and commercial projects
- Oversee PMs, Superintendents, Preconstruction and Field Teams
- Ensure strong performance across schedule, budget, safety and quality
- Strengthen client relationships and support major project pursuits
- Drive improvements in systems, processes and operational structure
- Collaborate with ownership on forecasting, hiring needs and long-term strategy
- Support business development and market expansion initiatives
