Job description

Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist (Hybrid, Out-of-Network Clinic)

Are you ready to practice physical therapy the way it was meant to be? At our clinic, we’ve been serving Ridgefield and surrounding communities for over 9 years, earning a reputation for delivering exceptional, comprehensive care. We operate a hybrid out-of-network model (except Medicare), giving us the freedom to provide full hour, one-on-one sessions without the constraints of high-volume insurance-driven care.

What does that mean for you?

  • One-hour evaluations and treatments —no juggling multiple patients at once.
  • Max 8 patients per day  in an 8-hour shift (sick of seeing 15–20 per day?).
  • More time to build relationships, deliver quality care, and grow as a clinician.

If you’re a new grad or early-career PT, imagine having :

  • A full hour with each patient—no rushing.
  • Mentorship from a FAAOMPT-trained PT with 18+ years of experience.
  • Weekly dedicated time for  literature review, case discussions, and hands-on technique practice .

    • Our treatment approach includes :

  • Advanced manual therapy techniques : HVLAT manipulation, mobilizations, myofascial release, cranial sacral and neuromuscular techniques.
  • Dry needling (including ultrasound-guided)—we’ll  pay for your certification  if needed.
  • Comprehensive exercise programming and evidence-based care.

    • Your responsibilities :

  • Evaluate, treat, and document patient care.
  • Collaborate with staff, physicians, and on rare occasions insurance providers, as we are out of network with all except Medicare.
  • Deliver high-quality, individualized care with creativity and flexibility.

  • Ability to integrate manual therapy and exercise into treatment plans.
