Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care environments. The CNA will assist patients with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for all patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Provide support in mobility and transfers using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary.
• Maintain patient hygiene and comfort by ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Assist with medication administration under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
