Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Job Description The Registered Nurse will provide care in the Medical / Surgical Telemetry unit, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to all facility protocols and standards. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered care in the MS / Tele unit. Monitor and assess patient health status. Collaborate with medical staff for integrated patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND. AHA BLS & ACLS required; MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start. One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required.
