Pay Rate: $40–$42 per hour (based on experience)
Care Connection Rehabilitation Center in Rahway, New Jersey, is seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team. Here, your clinical expertise and passion for resident care are not only valued but celebrated in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide direct, resident-centered nursing aligned with individualized care plans.
Coordinate & Communicate: Partner with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families to achieve the best outcomes.
Monitor Resident Wellbeing: Assess, document, and respond to changes in residents’ conditions.
Administer Medications & Treatments: Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient medication management and interventions.
Promote a Safe Environment: Maintain compliance with infection control and regulatory standards.
Lead with Compassion: Mentor and support CNAs, fostering a positive and professional team culture.
Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
