Nursing Coordinator - Assisted Living (LPN)

Position Summary

As an Assisted Living Nursing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in organizing, directing, and implementing high-quality resident care that meets both Company standards and regulatory requirements. This position is essential for ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Essential Duties

• Facilitate Resident Care conferences and maintain updated Resident Care Plans to ensureaccuracy and relevance.
• Administer and document medications as per physician orders, ensuring timely reordering and replacement of expired medications.
• Document and report patient care issues following established protocols.
• Identify and assess signs and symptoms, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment in selecting appropriate treatments or procedures.
• Supervise and provide direction to ancillary personnel to maintain quality care.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned to support the team.
