Position : Associate Director of Acquisitions — The role collaborates with regional leadership on the acquisition of commercial and multifamily assets across Bay Area markets (and Pacific Northwest). The successful candidate will evaluate potential transactions, manage the due diligence process, prepare internal investment memorandums, and work closely with junior and senior team members.

This role requires 5 days in office at our San Francisco, CA location.

Responsibilities

• Deal Execution : Lead and manage the execution of transactions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of work products to meet internal deadlines. Oversee or contribute to all aspects of the deal process, including underwriting, financial analysis, due diligence, structuring, documentation, and business plan development.
• Team Management : Lead and mentor junior team members (Associates and Analysts), coordinate and delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture with opportunities for professional development.
• Business Development : Identify, evaluate, and pursue potential equity and debt investment opportunities; engage in networking to build relationships; stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and the competitive landscape to identify deal opportunities.
• Financial Analysis : Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modeling and valuation; interpret data to inform investment strategy.
• Travel : Regular travel to Bay Area markets is required; occasional travel to other regional offices may be required.
