Position : Contract RN- Uinta Basin Flexible Hours\n\nOverview\n\nEmployer Industry : Home Care Services\nWhat to Expect (Job Responsibilities)\n

• Conduct in-home assessments and develop meaningful relationships with clients\n
• Complete client assessments in person every 60 days\n
• Provide Medicaid with accurate assessments of client's health and living situations\n
• Offer narrative reports with a medical background to ensure clients receive necessary assistance for a healthy life\n
• Deliver exceptional care and support to clients\nWhat is Required (Qualifications)\n
• Active RN license verification\n
• Successful completion of national and multi-jurisdictional background checks\n
• TB and drug screening tests\n
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance\nHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)\n
• Experience in in-home assessments or similar role\n
