Experience That Counts : At least 1 year of management / supervisory experience and 3 years in the restoration industryNYC experience is a plus! Certifications : IICRC certification preferred; Xactimate experience is a big bonus. Education : High school diploma / GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Physical Stamina : Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with help), climb ladders, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) with cleaning agents. Driver's License : Valid driver's license required to navigate Brooklyn and beyond.

- Lead with Impact : Oversee all aspects of restoration projects, from scoping water damage in a high-rise to managing mold remediation in a historic brownstone, ensuring operational excellence.
- Create Winning Estimates : Use tools like Xactimate to prepare accurate scopes and estimates, securing client approvals with confidence.
- Coordinate Like a Pro : Schedule and manage crews, subcontractors, and resources to deliver top-notch service on every job.
- Be the Client's Hero : Communicate with clients, insurance reps, and your team to ensure satisfactionyour work will earn rave online reviews!
- Keep It Running Smoothly : Monitor expenses (equipment, vehicles, materials) and maintain detailed job site documentation for seamless billing.
