The Cleaning / Detail Team consists of the Cleaners and Team Lead that report to the Repair Team Manager. The goal of this team is to provide quality cleaning to all Bucks County Estate Traders products. This team works on a variety of projects including fully detailing and cleaning incoming items before they are photographed, ensuring all areas in the building are clean, and maintaining safety and health standards for communal spaces.

Some key tasks include (but are not limited to) :

• Ensure they are compliant with the following key metrics :
• The cleanliness of their workspace
• Their productivity and efficiency
• The accuracy of their work
• Possess the ability to clean with the following material / methods :
• Glass cleaner
• Multi-purpose disinfectant for common areas
• Steel wool
• Oils / Stains
• Identify flaws or issues the Repair Team needs to address in a piece
• Ability to problem-solve work independently on projects as well as within a team
• With some direction, have the ability to train new hires on cleaning tasks and ensure their success
