🔧 What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go‑to expert for keeping our high‑speed production equipment in top shape:

• Set up and change over production lines and machinery
• Maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, cappers, fillers, labelers, and packaging systems
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve uptime
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete urgent repairs
• Conduct in‑process quality checks to ensure consistent product standards
• Identify potential issues early and resolve them efficiently

🎯 What You Bring

• 2+ years of high‑speed manufacturing maintenance experience
• Proven experience setting up machinery and packaging equipment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Hands‑on experience replacing motors and gearboxes
• Ability to perform machine and product quality inspections
• Basic electrical skills (rewiring motors, running lines, etc.) a plus
• Experience in high‑volume or food production is highly valued

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Overland, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.50 - $33.50/hr.
