Job description5–10 years of program or project management experience. Minimum of 4–5 years of regulatory filings experience. Prior experience in regulatory or utility industries strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and other project / program management software. Demonstrated experience with regulatory filings and testimony writing. Familiarity with SAP is a plus. Experience with project controls or estimating software is beneficial. PMP Certification preferred, but not required. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Program Manager for a position located in either Denver, Colorado, or Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Program Manager will manage and administer regulatory filings and related infrastructure plans from initiation through completion.
The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 5+ years of project / program management experience, with 4-5 years of regulatory filings experience.
Program Manager Responsibilities :
- Facilitate governance meetings, track deliverables, and provide weekly updates to leadership.
- Gather and incorporate monthly changes from stakeholders to ensure filings are accurate and timely.
- Coordinate across finance, engineering, regulatory, and project management teams to align deliverables.
- Support regulatory testimony development and writing.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of from multiple departments involved in regulatory filings.
