Responsibilities

Policy Advisory : Provide expert advice and personalize insurance policies to suit individual client requirements.
Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics through dedicated and strategic sales efforts.
Networking : Expand client base by identifying and soliciting potential clients and forming partnerships within the Everett community.
Market Research : Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position McGinness Insurance in the market.
Customer Service : Ensure high satisfaction levels by resolving client issues promptly and providing exceptional post-sale support.
Requirements
Licensing : Active state insurance license or willingness to obtain one is required.
Experience : Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry, is beneficial.
