A company is looking for an Operations Associate II.
Key Responsibilities
Process itemized documentation from payors per patient requests
Track changes to client processes and adjust as needed
Manage a backlog and prioritize urgent requests
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
1-2 years of relevant experience
Basic knowledge of EOBs, CPT & ICD-9&10 codes, HCFAs, UB04s, HCPCS, DRGs, and authorizations / referrals
Experience working in EPIC
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations
