You will be responsible for gathering requirements, translating business goals into actionable technical solutions, and managing the end-to-end delivery of large-scale web projects. You will work closely with business analysts, development teams, content authors, designers, vendors, strategists, and testing teams to drive project success and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing teams across all lines of business to understand their objectives for web channel properties.
• Facilitate regular meetings and workshops with stakeholders to capture business goals, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Translate business objectives into clear, actionable technical requirements in collaboration with business analysts and development teams.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale web projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, track progress, and proactively address risks and issues.
• Work with business analysts and technical teams to evaluate and prioritize solutions for inclusion in content authoring, design, or functionality development queues.
• Ensure requirements are accurately documented and communicated to relevant teams for implementation.
• Monitor the progress of queued items and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, updates, and issue resolution.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across functions.
