The two-year guaranteed base salary of $540,000 transitions into a senior comp model with productivity bonuses up to $80 / wRVU.Generous PTO.Team : 7 GI Physicians (1 off-site), 6 APPs.Hospital Employee .Procedures : General GI with optional EUS / ERCP, 8-10 scopes daily, ~8-10 clinic patients.On-site, brand-new Endoscopy Center with 5 procedure rooms and full Anesthesia support.Inpatient Rounding : With NP and internal medicine resident.Full interventional radiology and surgical support (colorectal, bariatric, laparoscopic).1 : 7 Call Ratio.Loan Forgiveness available.Signing Bonus available up to $50,000 .Residency / Fellowship Stipend available.Relocation Bonus available.CME time and money available.403B.
