Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
LMI is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Extensive experience with the VA preferred.

Responsibilities
- Drive solutions across the Health & Civilian Sector, providing enterprise capabilities that quickly react to the mission needs of our clients
- Lead the identification and translation of our clients digital needs for each of our core business areas
- Stay educated on emerging technologies
- Present reports on the company's technology status, goals and or progress
- Create and oversee implementation of technology solutions & strategies
- Align the company's technology resources with the organization's short- and long-term goals
- Serve on the executive committee to align technology goals to other departmental and organizational objectives
- Identify what technologies can be used to improve the company's products and services
Qualifications
The ability to drive teams in complex solution developmentAbility to translate highly complex or technical topics into tangible, relatable and actionable narratives for decision-makingDemonstrated expertise in building business cases, solutions, developing proposal artifactsStrong ability to collaborate to get things done in a matrix organization (e.g., successful collaboration across Division / Groups in current LMI structure)Knowledge of latest technological advances that could benefit companyKnowledge of all functions and roles within ITKnowledge of best information security practicesExcellent leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to meet critical deadlinesDemonstrated strong culture fit and values alignment with LMIDemonstrated leadership capability. Team player.Minimum 10 years' experience working in the govcon / IT market, specifically within the health & civilian marketsExperience developing IT strategies and solutions specifically for clients such as VA, DHA, CMS, GSA, and USDA. Extensive experience with the VA preferred.Bachelors degree in applicable field required, advanced degree preferredAbility to pass a government background investigation
