Project Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Carpenter Project Manager to oversee and execute commercial construction projects, from inception to completion. The role predominantly involves managing projects in diverse environments such as restaurants, offices, assisted living facilities, and higher education institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling 3-7 projects simultaneously, with 75-85% of the work conducted in the office and 15-25% spent visiting job sites to monitor progress and report back to customers and internal teams. The working hours are from 7 AM to 5 / 6 PM, with only the rare requirement to work on Saturdays.

The team is divided into two departments : Carpentry and Millwork, consisting of 3 Project Engineers, 2 Millwork Project Managers, 1 Director of Operations, 1 Project Estimator, and 14 people in the office, including admin and CAD Designers. There are approximately 40+ carpenters, including 30 finished and 6 millwork carpenters. The position requires 70% office work and 30% on-site presence. The dress code in the office includes khakis, polos, and quarter zips, while on-site requires steel-toe boots and a hardhat. The office is modern and up-to-date, featuring brand new technology, a spacious lobby with a display of the company's work, and a view of the millwork shop through glass doors. It includes a kitchen with granite counter space, couches, and conference rooms.

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $62.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
