Anesthesiologist Chief

Seeking a Vice Chief of Anesthesiology to join an incredible team in West Palm Beach!!

Conveniently located off I-95. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is interested in stepping into a leadership role.

Highlights of these opportunities include :

• Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 18 physicians and 29 APPs.
• 17 weeks off 2 weeks on / 1 week off model
• Case mix : General, Cardiac, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery. No OB, Pediatrics or Trauma
• Mix of supervision and doing own cases
• 21 sites of service including Endo, EP and IR
• Call 1 : 9 weekend call
• Physicians rotate call, no in-house call. – call back is rare
• Dedicated Cardiac team.
• 6 Cardiac anesthesiologists cover approximately 800-900 cardiac cases including open and structural heart (TAVR, Mitraclip and LAAO) procedures.
• Annual Case count approximately 18,500

The Vice Chief of Anesthesiology is a member of the anesthesia staff sharing in patient care and call responsibilities in conjunction with leadership and administrative duties.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Vice Chief position includes, but is not limited to, the following non-clinical duties :
