Audio Engineer position with Ramsey Solutions. Location : Franklin, TN — on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules. Salary : $55,000 - $75,000 / year plus profit sharing and benefits. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and Ramsey Solutions does not sponsor employment visas at this time.

What You’d Do In This Role

As an Audio Engineer, you’ll shape the sound of the Ramsey Network, from on-location recording to mixing content, promos, and special projects. You’ll collaborate with Producers, Project Managers, and Post-Production teams to deliver technically excellent audio that reflects the Ramsey message and connects with millions of listeners.

• Collaborate with Producers and Post-Production teams to capture pristine audio and deliver polished post-production
• Mix on-location recordings and ensure high-quality sound for broadcasts and digital content
• Ensure proper synchronization between audio and video with Cinematographers
• Maintain consistency with Ramsey Solutions’ brand and mission in all audio work

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. All team members work on-site under the same roof. Flexible schedules are offered to support appointments, family obligations, and other needs. Each team member has a designated workspace with an electronic sit-stand desk, and the campus includes multiple work and break zones.
