The Opportunity :

We buy chemicals in bulk and put them into smaller containers for our customers. This is a closely knit team who really enjoy working with each other. Although the work is fast-paced, safety and accuracy come before speed. In this role, the QC Inspector will work closely with the entire production and shipping team ensuring labels are accurate and that we are working together to continuously improve the quality of our deliverables.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Perform document review and approval of completed quality and production documents
• Assist with incoming products / supplies for quality issues
• Create, fix, update, and print labels for products (Create new labels, fix broken links / errors, update labels and print labels for builds).
• Collect samples of products requested (non-conforming products, retain samples, customer sample).
• New chemical technicians training. (PPE, cart, tote, measuring tools, down packing process)
• Support verifications of products in production and final verifications
• Support receiving as needed
• Assist chemical technicians
• Perform routine inspections of the down packing process throughout the day.
• Conduct routine audits / reviews / inspection
• Proactively communicate with the QA Manager and Operations Manager regarding any quality issues
• Maintain safety standards with Production staff
• Maintain and enforce 5S standards.
• Perform daily inspections on products being packaged for accuracy and cleanliness.
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
