JustinBradley’s client, a leader in entertainment media, is looking for an experienced Procurement Analyst to join their Procurement Strategy and Operations team. This group plays a critical role in sourcing, supplier negotiation, and contract management, helping the company create long-term value through strategic vendor relationships and cost optimization. The selected candidate will support procurement operations related to an upcoming corporate split, working closely with category leads, legal counsel, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth contract transitions, consistency, and compliance across all supplier engagements.

Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze market and category trends, historical spending patterns, and supplier data to identify opportunities for cost savings, consolidation, and re-negotiation.
- Partner with stakeholders and legal teams to lead contract negotiations and coordination, ensuring all business terms align with corporate policies and compliance standards.
- Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations that influence sourcing and supplier decisions across multiple business units.
- Develop and implement category strategies, including supplier optimization, process enhancements, competitive bidding, and leverage negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, serving as a key liaison throughout the sourcing and contracting lifecycle.
- Independently manage multiple concurrent projects, consistently meeting or exceeding deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Prepare persuasive presentations and summaries that communicate strategic opportunities and procurement recommendations to executive leadership.
- Support the development of risk mitigation plans, ensuring supplier continuity and compliance during business transitions.
Requirement :
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, or in a related analytical, procurement, or strategic sourcing role.2+ years of procurement sourcing experience strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, exercising sound judgment in fast-paced environments.Deep understanding of strategic sourcing methodologies, supplier negotiation techniques, and contract management best practices.Proven ability to build trust quickly and collaborate effectively with executives, legal teams, and global stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and comfort synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver polished presentations that drive alignment and decision-making.Bachelor’s degree required; professional certifications in supply chain or procurement (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, CPP) preferred.Soft Skills :
