Operator, Security Operations Center

Position Overview :

• The Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator is responsible for the monitoring of all Terminal 4 security systems and equipment in the SOC including but not limited to cameras, alarms, radios, and security communications; tracking, reporting, and recording of incidents; and working closely with all security stakeholders.
• The Operator, SOC reports to the Manager, Security Operations Center.

Responds to any issues or complaints Assists in medical and other emergency situations Performs security and safety-related audits as required by JFKIAT Always provides outstanding customer and employee service and presents a neat and clean appearance Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information Performs other additional tasks that are deemed security related by JFKIAT or that are listed within the published post standards Minimum Qualifications :
