Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Details :

• Inpatient Pharmacist
• Small Hospital Setting
• M - F 7a to 430pm. Some weekends (weekend shifts are 1 / 2 days). Will need to take some on-call.
• Start-date : ~ early-to-mid August
• Experience with CPSI and Pyxis a plus

Ideal candidate : IN license, current hospital experience, experience with IVs, Chemo, pharmacokinetics. Good can-do attitude.
