Lead Data Scientist

A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist, Search (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of advanced algorithms to enhance multi-modal search performance

Develop and optimize ranking algorithms that consider content quality and user experience

Implement AI / ML driven search personalization algorithms based on user behavior and preferences

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in data science, with 2-3 years as a technical lead

Experience with search systems such as Elastic and SOLR

Proficient in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch

Expertise in big data technologies including Spark and Kafka

Master's Degree in quantitative fields preferred
