Network Relations Specialist

A company is looking for a Network Relations II.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in implementing medical providers and verifying provider documentation

Review credentials of prospective providers and conduct provider data audits

Resolve disputes involving provider contracts and maintain provider manuals

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or two or more years of equivalent work experience

Customer service education / training within the insurance industry or managed care

Experience in provider relations and network development

Knowledge of national credentialing requirements and protocols

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
