A company is looking for a Manager, Inside Sales, Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Inside Sales Reps to develop and close opportunities, driving revenue growth and customer retention
Attract, hire, and retain top-performing Inside Sales Reps through multiple recruiting channels
Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure lead quality and proper follow-up, contributing to accurate forecasting and performance reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and / or relevant work experience
5+ years of quota-carrying software sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment focused on public sector
2+ years of management experience in a sales environment
Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and experience working with channel partners
Proficiency with Salesforce
