Job description

Innovative and growing Pain Management Group is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Centralia, WA area! Open to New Graduates!

  • Offering cutting-edge opioid alternatives to treat chronic pain conditions
  • Personalized treatment programs including non-operative spine, operative spine, orthopedic, and radiological services to better serve a wide range of needs
  • Company is invested in its providers shown through fellowship training in pain management, monthly bonuses, and consistent support so that the provider can focus on the patient

Benefits and Features :

  • Competitive salary, $130,000 - $165,000 / year, depending on experience plus productivity bonuses

  • Company manages credentialling, mentoring and education internals so providers can focus on patient care

    • Your Role with the Company :

  • Full-time position, 40hrs / week, no weekends
  • In-depth training / Fellowship program for NP / PAs as they onboard - Fellowship program lasts 3-9 months out of Cody, WY and Hays, KS
  • Advance Practice provider will be serving patients in rural communities within Pacific County - mileage will be reimbursed
  • NP / PA will lead in coordinating comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain

    • Background Profile :

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, functional medicine, spine surgery or family medicine preferred
  • Ideal provider is passionate about serving rural America
  • Open to New Graduates!
