Job descriptionGuaranteed base salary to $330,000 plus production bonus with up to $450,000 total earnings. Incentives include a negotiable sign-on bonus, $10K relocation, $10,000 CME stipend and student loan repayment. Comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits plus an extraordinary retirement program. Located in a vibrant family-friendly community just two hours from Minneapolis or Madison. This community offers great schools plus an extraordinary community center and outdoor activities including biking and hiking, fishing, golf, and extensive ATV trails. Explore the larger communities of La Crosse or Eau Claire, both located within an hour.
Join an independent Critical Access hospital's outpatient specialty clinic in Central Wisconsin. Provide full-scope primary care, including surgical obstetrics in this charming family friendly community. Enjoy excellent facilities, experienced support staff, and a collegial environment.
