This position is for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to work at the EAH Housing Corporate Offices in San Rafael, CA. This is a hybrid remote position (3 days remote / 2 days in-person). Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years HR administrative experience in recruitment, onboarding and employee relations. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be detail oriented, a multi-tasker and be able to handle high volume recruiting requests and interview logistics. Must be customer service oriented. Experience with HRIS or UKG a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Salary range : $28.50 - $45.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $28.50 - $36.50 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
