Electrical Engineering Internship or Co-Op (Spring 2026)

The Electrical Engineer Co-op or Intern will work alongside other Electrical Engineers to prepare drawings, calculations, and other deliverables for our clients design projects. The position will also require interface with team members in our other engineering disciplines to provide cohesive engineering packages to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Complete calculations of limited complexity, with supervision as needed; may include lighting distribution, conduit / cable tray fills, voltage drop, feeder sizing, etc.
• Develop and maintain Electrical Single Line Diagrams, Schematic / Interconnection Diagrams, Conduit / Cable Schedules, Plans for Lighting, Grounding, Power, Controls, Raceway, etc.
• Support the development of Power System Study models for short circuit, load flow, protective device coordination and arc flash calculations efforts
• Assist experienced Electrical Engineers with their activities as requested
