Job descriptionSet priorities in monitoring clients, making house rounds, documentation of pertinent information, and completion of other assignments Regularly check company emails and the program calendar Maintain current knowledge of program and client activities Be available to clients for questions and other assistance Handle multiple tasks simultaneously Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the programs philosophy, policies, and procedures, 245G requirements, program operations, and client rights and confidentiality Assist with completion of intake / admission procedures and orientation of new clients Serve as a positive role model for clients Participate in program activities with a positive attitude Administer client medications and document accordingly Complete thorough, objective, and accurate documentation Utilize decision making skills while exhibiting good judgment and realistic understanding of issues Set healthy boundaries with clients and coworkers Complete program laundry Assist in food preparation and program cleaning duties Adhere to the attendance and absence policies Maintain punctuality in reporting for work Participate in rotational schedule, related to shifts, weekends, and holidays Provide transportation to clients for appointments, intake, and discharge Ensure client safety while providing transportation Ensure company vehicles are cleaned after usage Remain responsible for company credit card and receipts, when applicable Must be 18 years old High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Complete background study Know and understand the implications of Minnesota Statutes, sections 245G.01 through CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to become certified within 30 days of employment Must have a valid MN drivers license Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Physical ability to perform the responsibilities of the position which include, bending, Be highly dependable; able to work independently Previous experience in human services and / or healthcare environment as related to position Direct client care experience with chemical dependency treatment and rehabilitation.

Recovery in Motion is a dedicated team of motivated individuals who work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide effective substance use disorder treatment services.
Key Result Areas :
- 95% of clock in and out compliance
- 100% training compliance
- 95% compliance with medication administration
- 95% compliance with documentation / charting
Job Duties and Responsibilities :

245G.22, 245A.65, 260E, 626.557, and 626.5572 and willingness to understand, learn, and
carry out regulations with integrity
stooping, sitting, walking, and lifting at least 30 pounds.
