Litigation Paralegal

California firm seeking paralegal to assist team in their practice. Join a growing firm that's renowned in their field of practice.

Background :

• 3+ years’ experience in civil litigation
• Drafting complex legal documents for review by attorneys pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests & responses, correspondence, interrogatories / answers, other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and investigations as needed
• Assist in deposition prep, pre-trial investigations, trial preparation, including assistance with preparation of witnesses for deposition and / or trial, preparing exhibits / other demonstrative evidence for use at trial
• BA or Paralegal certificate required
