Automotive Technical Examination Agent

A company is looking for a Technical Examination Agent (Remote - Must live in the US) with Automotive Experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical assistance and guidance to Dealers, resolving product concerns effectively

Create and document customer contacts and technical cases in the Cherwell system

Communicate product issues to internal teams and follow up on existing cases until resolution

Required Qualifications :

High School Graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Automotive Service Excellence Certifications (ASE) in relevant areas

Minimum of 3 years of automotive repair experience

2-3 years of experience with Cummins 6.0L Diesel Engine

Knowledge of diagnostics, repair tools, and Dealer information software
