Job description$115,000 - $144,000 / per year Dental Insurance Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Retirement Work From Home Paid Time Off On-site Irvine, CA 92612 This position will be a hybrid role. 3 days in the office, 3 days remote. Regular travel requirements ( Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements through structured interviews and process reviews. Document and maintain business processes, system specifications, and project requirements. Conduct data modeling, technical analysis, and evaluate alternatives for business system enhancements. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and collaborate with teams to implement effective solutions. Provide input for business cases, justifications, and cost estimates for system improvements. Design and propose innovative, technically sound solutions aligned with business goals and user experience standards. Partner with architects, developers, and business units to ensure compatibility, efficiency, and satisfaction. Develop feasibility studies, test plans, and use cases; lead system and user acceptance testing. Create user documentation and deliver training to ensure smooth system adoption. Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Coordinate cross-functional resources, manage task priorities, and oversee workflow efficiency. Mentor team members, support professional development, and contribute to performance reviews. Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives in processes and IT standards (QA, PMLC, SDLC). Ensure compliance with company policies, governance requirements, and IT methodologies. Perform other duties as needed to support evolving business and organizational goals. Application configuration and integration Automated testing and quality assurance ITIL process management and incident handling Business process analysis and requirements definition Data transport and information security Project management and risk management Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Packaged and client / server software systems User interface and experience design Business continuity and high availability systems Application compliance and code management Technical writing and documentation Test planning and execution Service level and release management Microsoft Office and Project proficiency Innovative solution development Strategic sourcing and vendor coordination Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 8+ years of Systems Design and Test experience with some related Leadership experience required.
