The Role :

We’re looking for a Senior AI Data Engineer to join our Data Integration & Engineering team. In this role, you’ll design, build, and optimize the data infrastructure that powers AI capabilities across the organization. You’ll be responsible for building robust, production-grade pipelines to support vectorized and graph-based data workflows, LLM / RAG applications, and supervised learning models.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll partner with AI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact data systems fueling AI-powered business applications.

What you'll work on :

• Designing and implementing scalable, reliable data pipelines and integrations to support LLM / RAG use cases.
• Developing end-to-end workflows for vectorized and graph-based data, embedding , and retrieval systems.
• Building and curating training datasets for supervised learning and model fine-tuning.
• Processing structured and unstructured data into vectorized and training-ready formats.
• Writing clean, scalable Python scripts to automate AI / ML data processing and pipeline orchestration.
• Partnering with AI researchers, product managers, and business teams to deploy data infrastructure supporting real-world AI solutions.
• Maintaining high standards for data quality, governance, and system reliability.
• Participating in ongoing efforts to improve tools, infrastructure, and processes to meet evolving AI program needs.
• Work within the Palantir Foundry platform to operationalize end-to-end data solutions.
• Evaluating and integrating new AI- data tools and infrastructure enhancements.

Compensation :

The expected annual salary range for this role is $120,000-190,000. A discretionary bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package.

Position Location :

This position will work out of the TWG office on a hybrid schedule in Santa Monica, CA. Consideration for a different working location will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
