Facilities CoordinatorLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator with 2 years of experience working in a similar facilities / administrative position. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, located in Morristown, New Jersey. Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate the ordering of office supplies, including coffee and snack provisions for the breakroom.
  • Monitor and manage current inventory levels to proactively anticipate future needs.
  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of breakroom supplies and coffee machines.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and common areas.
  • Conduct daily inspections of office common spaces to maintain a neat and orderly environment.
  • Oversee the overall cleanliness and repair of the entire office space.
  • Maintain a professional presence at the main office entrance, greeting visitors and directing phone calls.
  • Manage all incoming deliveries and mail, ensuring timely distribution to staff.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff and visitors as needed.
  • Liaise with building management and external vendors to report and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Ensure consistent service delivery and manage vendor relationships.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of training and meeting rooms for office events.
  • Manage workspace assignments for full-time staff and visitors.
  • Prepare workspaces for new hires and clear out vacated spaces.
  • Maintain and update the office space plan in coordination with the Facilities Coordinator.

Experience :

  • 2-3 years of Administrative / Facilities experience
  • Worksite : OnsiteEmployment Type : Temp to PermSalary : $25-28 / hr

    Pay Details : $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
