Requirements

  • Licensing : Possess or willing to obtain the necessary licensing requirements to sell insurance in Colorado.
  • Education : High-school diploma or GED required, bachelors and / or masters degree is a plus
  • Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client communication.
  • Customer Focus : Genuine interest in assisting clients and providing exceptional service.
  • Adaptability : Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
  • Team Player : Collaborative attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Tech Proficiency : Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications.
