FLSA Status : Seasonal, Full Time - non-exempt

Reports to : Kettle Coordinator / Assistant Kettle Coordinator

Schedule : Monday-Saturday

Supervises : N / A

Rate of Pay : $18 / hour

Closing Date : 09 / 22 / 2025

Benefits : Seasonal; Full-Time, Non-Exempt employees are eligible for but not limited to the following :

• Sick leave benefit – 1 day per month, 12 sick days per year (accrual and availability begins at hire; sick time accrual is pro-rated for part-time hours.)

Function

The Kettle Route Driver’s primary function is to facilitate the safe and efficient operation of Red Kettle collection sites throughout the community. The Driver will oversee the set-up, safe operation, and quality of work of the Bell Ringers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Education, Experience, Skills, Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent, good understanding of non-profit organization with knowledge of “best practices.

Clean Driver’s Record

A minimum age of 21 (for insurance provision) and possession of a valid in-state driver’s license is required.
