Job Title : Electrical Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee Multi-Unit Residential and Commercial Construction sites. The position requires a high level of expertise in electrical and construction work, specifically in conduit and wiring. The majority of the work is located in Thousand Oaks, but candidates should be comfortable commuting to various job sites in the region.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical work on Multi-Unit Residential and Commercial Construction sites.
• Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for project planning.
• Manage conduit bending, wire pulling, and electrical wiring tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

Work Environment

Work is primarily conducted on construction sites focused on electrical work. Typical shifts are from 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm, depending on the job site. Candidates should be based in Ventura County, Thousand Oaks, or the Valley and be comfortable with commuting to various locations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newbury Park, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00 / hr.
