Pay & Home Time

Average weekly pay : $1,300, with top earners making up to $1,500 weekly

CPM : $0.50–$0.68 based on verified experience in the last 10 years

Detention, drop & hook, and live load pay included

Out 10–12 days, then home for a full two-day reset, most often on weekends

Orientation Perks

We're scheduling orientation in California for qualified drivers! Orientation is fully paid for 3 days, and we book your hotel and travel-on us.

Freight & Equipment

Dry van freight, 48–53 ft trailers

70% drop & hook, 30% live load

Preloaded pickups across Southern California

Newer automatic trucks for comfort and reliability

Driver Requirements

Valid Class A CDL

No experience required OR at least 3 months within the last 2 years

Must be 21 years or older

Clean driving record (no major accidents / violations in 24 months)

FMCSA Clearinghouse registration
