Georgia Licensed EAP Counselor

A company is looking for an EAP Clinical Counselor (Overnight).

Key Responsibilities :

Provide telephonic and video counseling, crisis management, and support while maintaining client confidentiality

Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine suitability for short-term counseling

Develop treatment plans collaboratively and manage high-risk calls effectively

Required Qualifications :

Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology

Minimum of 2 years of direct client-contact experience in counseling or mental health services

Experience with clinical assessments and short-term counseling modalities

Training in crisis intervention and experience with high-risk clients is beneficial

Ability to work with clients facing substance abuse, crisis situations, and mental health concerns
